Banana bread bundt cake is a perfect treat that can be made right in the air fryer and requires a few ingredients. Banana bread is one of our favorite air fryer baked goods you might see from my banana muffins, chocolate muffins and mini breads.
¾cupSweetener of choice like sugar or sugar free substitute (I used monk-fruit sweetener)
½ teaspoonbaking powder
210g(1½ cup) All purpose flour
Grease and flour the bundt pan and set aside.
Blend banana till smooth and set aside
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add banana purée, vanilla extract and eggs. Mix to combine.
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda to the wet ingredients, then mix to combine. Be careful not to overmix.
Scoop batter into prepared bundt pan, cover with tin foil and bake in Air fryer at 330°F / 165°C for 25 mins. After 25 mins, remove the foil and bake for another 10 mins or until tooth pick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the bundt Pan for 10 mins before bringing it out of the pan.
I used monk-fruit sweetener to cut down on sugar to make the cake refined sugar free and low calorie. Feel free to use regular sugar.
I didn’t preheat my air fryer
If the cake isn’t ready at 35 mins, bake for another 3-5 mins.
