If you love campfire smores, you’ll definitely love this air fryer smores recipe. It’s an easy and quick dessert that you can easily make at home and in your air fryer.
Put 4 graham cracker halves in air air fryer basket or racks.
Place sticky part of cut marshmallows on each graham cracker gently pressing it down to help it stick better.
Air fryer at 350°F / 180°C for 3 minutes to toast the marshmallows.
Top the marshmallows on each cracker with the chocolate then cover with the other cracker. The heat from the marshmallows will melt the chocolate. Dig in.
Notes
Toasted marshmallows can be hot. Be careful so you don’t get a heat burn on your tongue.
I made these in a non preheated air fryer. However I would say subsequent batches were made in a preheated air fryer since the air fryer got preheated while cooking the first batch.
If you preheat the air fryer, it would take less time to toast the marshmallows it took 2 minutes in mine when making subsequent batches.
Do not skip the step for cutting the marshmallows if you are using the jumbo ones. Cutting it provides a sticky surface that lets you stick it to the crackers, reducing the chances of it flying around in the air fryer. You can still use a rack if you are not confident it would stay down.
