Air fryer green beans and mushrooms are a delicious and healthy dinner recipe that’s super easy to make. It’s not only packed with flavor, but it's also loaded with essential vitamins and nutrients that’s good for you.
Remove the tips of the green beans, then cut green beans into 2 or 3 pieces or your desired size.
Slice mushrooms into 1 ½ inch chunks.
Transfer green beans, onions and mushrooms into a bowl, add the oil and seasoning. Toss to combine ensuring that all the vegetables are well coated.
Transfer seasoned veggies to the air fryer and air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 mins or until tender and crispy to your liking. Shake the basket or stir with a silicon spoon at 5 mins intervals.
When the air frying cycle is complete and you like the texture of your veggies, serve with your favorite main course.
