- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Remove the tips of the green beans, then cut green beans into 2 or 3 pieces or your desired size.
- Slice mushrooms into 1 ½ inch chunks.
- Transfer green beans, onions and mushrooms into a bowl, add the oil and seasoning. Toss to combine ensuring that all the vegetables are well coated.
- Transfer seasoned veggies to the air fryer and air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 mins or until tender and crispy to your liking. Shake the basket or stir with a silicon spoon at 5 mins intervals.
- When the air frying cycle is complete and you like the texture of your veggies, serve with your favorite main course.
