Air frying Tips
- No preheat needed
- Remove the core of the cabbage then chop the cabbage into large even chunks.
- Cut the sausages into equal pieces to ensure even cooking.
- The onions should also be in large chunks so that they don’t fall through the air fryer inner basket and also so that it cooks evenly without burning.
- Use smoked and pre-cooked sausages
- Stir with a silicon spatula at 5 mins intervals while air frying.
