How long to cook
The cooking time for pork bites in an air fryer can vary depending on the size of the pieces and the temperature of the air fryer. I typically cook pork bites in a non preheated air fryer , at 400°F for approximately 10 to 12 minutes flipping halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
If you preheat the bites are likes are likely to cook in less time. Adjust accordingly. To ensure pork bites are fully cooked, use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F and has rested for a few minutes before serving.
