Wrapped hot dogs and wiener wings fall in the same category since they are both wrapped with bread. The difference is in the way they are wrapped.
Weiner wings or hot dog wings are wrapped in such a way that the bread is wrapped around the hot dogs and cheese as is. No rolling.
Spread butter on one side of a sliced bread. The cheese and hot dogs are placed in the bread diagonally on the un buttered surface.
Next the two corners of the bread are brought together over the hot dog and cheese and secured with a tooth pick. Then baked till golden brown. This will be the how it turns out.

Can you use egg roll wraps for this? Same time?
By “bake” do you mean to use that button? What if the AF doesn’t have that function?
Air Fryer Yum says
Hi KMush,
Though I haven't tried with egg roll wraps,I see no reason why can’t. Yes you can use same temp. Here is how I would do it cook at 400°F / 200°C for 8 mins. Start checking at 6 mins. Hope that helps

Just as an FYI, as a kid I literally ate cold hot dogs out of the package regularly so it is possible. They are already cooked in the casing when packaged.
Air Fryer Yum says
Hi Michael,
Thanks for letting us know. However, not everyone is the same, people react to a variety of things differently. To be on the safe side I always recommend heating or warming up meat based foods to prevent any mishaps. You could say I like to err on the side of caution 😉. Hope that helps.
